Bridal alterations

We are an Edinburgh and Midlothian based dressmaking and design company who offer bridal alterations as well as alterations to bridesmaids dresses, evening wear, mother of the bride/groom outfits and any special occasion wear.

Many shop bought dresses are complicated in style with lace detail and bead work. This makes alterations intricate at times. Because our main objective is making bridal wear from scratch we have an inside knowledge of garment construction and fit. Therefore we can provide the best service in altering your garment as we really know what would work best.

If you require alterations on a gown that you have already purchased, I can spend time with you pinning your dress and discussing what would work best for you and your dress. Your first consultation and fitting is non chargeable, unlike many other alteration companies.

Cost of alterations depends on the amount that needs to be done and the complexity of your gown.
